Vita
Dr. Anja H. Greif received her doctorate in natural science. In our law firm, Dr. Greif deals with all aspects of intellectual property law, in particular opposition proceedings, and is specialized in the various areas of chemistry, physics, pharmacy and medical technology.
Dr. Greif studied chemistry at the Technical University of Berlin, where she also taught mathematics for several years. For her academic achievements she received a scholarship from the Klaus Koch Foundation and the “Deutschlandstipendium” (German scholarship). During her doctorate in quantum chemistry, Dr. Greif was a scholarship holder of the “Verband der chemischen Industrie e.V.” (German Chemical Industry Association) and dealt with the effects of special relativity on the electronic structure and spectroscopic parameters of inorganic and organometallic systems. During a research stay at the Norwegian Centre for Theoretical and Computational Chemistry in Tromsø, Dr. Greif also implemented an algorithm for the representation of binding orbitals of chemical compounds.
