Vita
Christian Huber holds a Ph.D. in Natural Sciences and is a qualified German and European Patent Attorney. Christian’s fields of expertise include biotechnology, genetic engineering, biochemistry, and related fields, as well as other fields of organic and inorganic chemistry such as polymers and plastics, or ceramics. With more than 20 years of experience in the IP field, Christian mainly specializes in prosecution, oppositions and appeals. Furthermore, he assists in infringement and nullity actions before regional and national German courts.
Christian studied chemistry at the Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich, where he also obtained his PhD in the field of immunogenetics, receiving a PhD Award by Hoechst AG.
