Vita
Thomas Leidescher holds a PhD in natural sciences and is a qualified German and European Patent Attorney. The main technical areas Thomas works in at Zimmermann & Partner are inter alia the fields of abrasive and ceramic technology, organic chemistry, food chemistry, green and white biotechnology, and medical engineering. Thomas has longtime experience in patent prosecution both at the German Patent and Trademark Office and the European Patent Office, in invalidation proceedings (opposition, nullity actions and utility model cancellation proceedings), as well as in litigation proceedings. Moreover, in addition to his patent and utility model work, Thomas is also an expert in trademark and design matters, both German and international.
