German and European Patent Attorney
Florian Matl is a licensed pharmacist, holds a PhD in pharmaceutical science and is a qualified German and European Patent Attorney. Florian particularly works in the fields of pharmaceutical technology, pharmacology, biotechnology, genetic engineering, and organic and inorganic chemistry. He represents and advises clients in examination, opposition, nullity and appeal proceedings pertaining patent and utility model matters before the German and European patent offices, the German Federal Patent Court, and in litigation proceedings before the German National Courts.
Florian studied pharmaceutical science at the Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich (LMU). After doing post-graduate studies at the University of Otago (New Zealand), he obtained his PhD in the field of vascular implant infections from the Technical University of Munich.
